Tool Making & Prototypes
At Globe Tooling Ltd we have a wealth of experience in the manufacture and design of press tools jigs and fixtures.
Our in house toolmakers are able to manufacture using traditional, manual, turning and milling machines where it is not viable to use CNC machinery. We have extensive knowledge in the design, manufacture and repair of pierce and blank tools, cropped tools, progression tools and form tools.
Embracing lean manufacturing and Kanban processes Globe Tooling Ltd are able to design and manufacture fixtures enabling our clients to produce finished goods efficiently. These include Assembly Fixtures, Welding Fixtures, Robot Welding Fixtures and Milling/Drilling Fixtures.

3D Cad Cam has become an invaluable part of the 21st century workshop. At Globe Tooling Ltd we use two main Cad Cam software programmes, One CNC Mill Expert and Fikus Wire. Both are very powerful software programmes giving us the ability to import industrial standard files such as STEP, IGES, Solid Works, DWG, DXF and many more for ease of communication with our customers.
